Taking a cold shower but I have a giant red nose

So I don't know if you've heard, but cold showers are, I believe, universally approved and appreciated for the benefits that they provide.

There's something almost sort of philosophical about them, in my opinion.

They are the most pure idea of heading straight into discomfort, right?

They are this idea that there is something good at the end of a struggle.

So I used to think that a cold shower would be the worst thing in the world, but I swear to God, I'm one of those people.
